This is too cute and just how I felt this morning! Now why would a homemaker worry about getting up? Because her husband had an appointment to get his blood drawn and it was an early appointment. They couldn't draw any so in two days we try again. Thank goodness he got a bit later appointment so I will be up in plenty of time. Now I only have to dread going out before my whole pot of coffee is gone. I'm ready to climb back under that blanket...
Awwww. I hope this view made you cuddle him at least an extra 15 minutes. :)
This is just about how I'm feeling about this biting cold lately. Today I put layers on my layers. Hey, aren't we supposed to be living in the South???
Meredith--I don't know about where you live, but here it seems like it's one extreme after another. It went from being hot and humid to freezing overnight--almost literally. I'm trying not to complain too much--at least cold is a change from hot...

Oh, too cute!! Smart girl!
ReplyDeleteThat's what I said, but it didn't do any good....I had to get up anyway!
p.s. the word verification was "bones!" How appropriate!
I should have titled this post, "Some days I wish I were my dog." At least someone got to stay cozy.
ReplyDeleteAh.... I can definitely relate to this feeling!!

ReplyDeleteClaire--Me, too!
ReplyDeleteTimaree--I'm sure your husband appreciates the moral support. Good luck on the second appointment--and maybe you can take your coffee in a to-go mug!
